AI that runs in your building.

Most of our work runs on cloud models, and will keep doing so. Local AI is the other option: an open model on a machine in your office. Open models now handle the everyday jobs well, your files never leave, and once the machine is paid for there is no per-use bill.

  • When it makes sense

    Client files under NDA. Medical, legal, tax and HR records. A shop floor with bad internet. Or enough volume that per-use cloud bills stop making sense.

  • What it is good at today

    Reading and sorting documents, pulling fields out of scans and PDFs, answering questions over your own files with the page cited, drafting replies, and overnight batch work like a morning briefing.

  • What it is not for

    Open models on one box trail the frontier on long, complicated reasoning. For that, we use a cloud model. Many setups use both.

  • What we set up

    The machine, the model, an index over your files, a shared assistant with logins, remote access, and a test set so we know it is good enough before you rely on it.
